RISK MANAGEMENT

Since 2010, we have created the IBERIAN RISK division in which Risk Management should be understood as the risk management technique within a company, to safeguard its assets against losses that may affect its activity and survival, using instruments of various kinds.

Through Risk Management, and from the point of view of Insurance, the company carries out an analysis, among others, of the following elements:

• The company’s work procedures: analysis of the critical points with the greatest risk to people and assets.
• Analysis of Claims: their nature, size and frequency.
• Cost Analysis: the budget is established to transfer the costs of the claims, either to insurance companies through Insurance Policies, or on the contrary, assuming the economic consequences through controlled self-insurance.
• Continuous and methodical analysis of claims information: analysis and implementation of corrective measures.
• Follow-up of the Insurance Contracts contracted and their adjustment to the real needs of the company throughout their term.

Risk management and the attempt to avoid claims, like risk management, must be fully integrated into the company’s culture and be present at all levels of the organization.

Companies usually do not have technicians among their collaborators and employees specialized enough to carry out this type of analysis. Therefore, as an independent and specialized broker, we will advise and help you properly in the application of insurance solutions that fit within your organization’s Risk Management Plan. We will also train your collaborators and employees in the best practices to avoid the occurrence of accidents.
